Upgrade to 2.3 now site wont load - Template Compilation Error

I upgraded from version 2.2 to 2.3 and now I get this error that the table does not exist. How can I solve it? Thank you in advance.

Disable addons from SQL table and see if it works.. otherwise you can restore backup, uninstall addons from admin panel and then put the upgrade files
